Before I ever set foot in a tech career, I spent years running crews for a property management company and doing jobs of every size. I know the trades. I know the work.

I spent the last 20 years in telecom and technology, which added a layer most guys in this business simply don't have. WiFi optimization, smart home installs, AV setup — I understand it at a level that shows in the results.
